Shami Online is Pakistan’s first Internet public free library, which is using most advanced technology to create beautiful e-books in Urdu in English languages.

We are struggling against ignorance, our mission is to provide free of cost E-Books to those who love books but can't afford these because of lack of resources or some other reasons.
Shami Onlineproviding all kinds of e-books such as Novels, Poetry, Humor, General Knowledge, Islam, and many subjects.
We started our mission on a sharing hosting website on may 2007.
After a successful experiment, we launched our own website on October 2009.
We target to make this site Pakistan’s biggest free Inter net public library. We aim to add over 2000 new E-Books on this site by 2012 and are also trying to buy Internet copy rights for many books which are not available on the Internet.
